Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you place your order over the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing it on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: For those who need their products sooner, we offer an expedited shipping option that ensures delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
 

International Shipping
Currently, Soljoy Skincare Spa ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges
At Soljoy Skincare Spa, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide an exchange for any product that does not meet your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy:

Eligibility: Exchanges can be made for any product that is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email]. We will require proof of purchase, and we may ask for a brief description of the reason for the exchange. This helps us to continue improving our products and services.
Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item to us. However, Soljoy Skincare Spa will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to you.
Processing Time: Once we receive the item to be exchanged, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the exchange and ship out your new product.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been substantially used. Additionally, some products may be final sale or not eligible for exchange; these exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
